Unit: Paviser
Hero skill: Raving, reducing a decent percentage of damage of enemies' minions
Cooldown: (checking...don't have my game at hand now)
Range: Medium (buffed in v1.8.5)
The leader of the Four Lions (the 3* morning star pavisers), also the best hero under William.
As a support tank, he might not be as tough as other tanks (like Cedric, Carter). He is tanky in the sense that enemies are weaker so he and other squads can survive longer. Impressive at high PL and personally i like him very much.
He is relatively weak against skill damage tho since his skill cannot counter that while other pavisers can.
HP: 3.5
Defense: 4
DPS: 1
Skill: 4.5
Unit class: 4
Overall: 4
Recommended Position(s)
1st column, as normal tanks. Remember to spend at least one mist / heal on him as he is not very tough.
2nd column. This is viable as he will engage when the enemy's DPS units arrive the frontline. So his skill won't just affect the enemy's frontline only but pikemen / musketeers.
Recommended Build
Pure tank build especially on skill damage reduction (his major weakness)
Best Partners
Nemesis
- Joan, "prefect" counter (Although Shazzo has "stronger" effect: +36% from Joan vs -36% from Shazzo = -13% net effect)
Recommended Build
Pure tank build especially on skill damage reduction (his major weakness)
Best Partners
- Hynthica, constant healing help survival
- El Cid, protecting Shazzo from skill damage
Nemesis
- Joan, "prefect" counter (Although Shazzo has "stronger" effect: +36% from Joan vs -36% from Shazzo = -13% net effect)
- Morgana, silenced Shazzo is not as brilliant as other pavisers
- Ignatius, the nemesis to all tanks
I'd give Shazzo 3 points in terms of defence. All pavisers, Reinhard, William, Galahad, Octavius, etc... Their defence is higher.
ReplyDeleteWorth mentioning that his skill receives an excellent boost at 11 and 12 level. Though I heard that there's a bug, and his skill lasts for 10 seconds even at 11 lvl, but I'm not sure, cannot test it yet.
Hm...i consider also the minion class so i rated him 4.
DeleteAnyway, there are just countless mismatch between tooltips and real effect...
I wonder if it changes his rating if you used him as a support/tank rather than a pure tank and positioned him with the goal of having him use Raving on enemy damage.
DeleteRanking him along with the pure tanks or maybe even against Alash seems like using him poorly given his skill.
Ya u r right. Shazzo is not the brightest in terms of tankiness. He is more of a support to ensure your main output units survives longer. But be aware that too many support units might limit your team output.
DeleteCedric better or Shazzo?
ReplyDeleteOverall Cedric can survive longer. But in terms of utility, Shazzo is better

ReplyDeleteNicolai?
ReplyDeletePlease respond is he a good hero?
ReplyDeleteHi mate, sorry i wasn't around in the blog for a while.
DeleteNicola is a great starting hero, particularly from lv50-80. He should be used with the other 2 3-star MAs for max efficiency
